Coach Lutz has always welcomed the challenge of going up against the best, whether it was on the hardwood or in the marketplace.

He has taken the lessons he’s learned from his athletic experiences and applied them to the marketplace.  Coach Lutz’s highly successful business has competed for 35 years against much larger companies, out-performing them while securing prominent clients such as Nike and Amazon, as well as numerous professional teams such as the Baltimore Ravens, Washington Wizards, Capitals and Nationals,  and prominent universities such as the University of Maryland, Georgetown, George Washington, Johns Hopkins and the University of Virginia.

Coach Lutz understands how to take the many life-lessons learned during a sports career and apply them to life in the “real world.”  He believes former athletes should have a distinct advantage because of the discipline, team work, successes and failures they experience while competing in sports.

During his basketball clinics Coach Lutz often shares stories and illustrations from his own life experiences, with the hope of teaching kids how to successfully transition from high school and college to family life and careers.
